On our One day tour you get the very abbreviated version of a much longer tour.  The Tour consists of short visits to 3 very popular tourist  attractions. They are as follows…. We leave the port of Manaus around 8:00 am, On our way to swim with the dolphins, but we first stop along the way for a few minutes to see the incredible “Meeting of the Waters”, Here your guide will explain about this natural phenomena and how it is said the waters never mix. We then head off to go swimming with the pink & gray river dolphins which we do till around Noon or there abouts. After which  we head to the native village where we will partake in some regional foods and tropical fruits.  Also at the native village we will learn about the culture of the natives and how they survive in the Amazon rain forest, and Finally we will see a native tribal dance before heading back to Manaus. The total time of this Tour is about 7 to 8 hours and we will return at the Port of Manaus at around 5:30 – 6:00 pm.

 

There is limited availability for this tour so we recommend you book in advance at least ( 1 ) week prior to your arrival in Manaus to assure your spot.  This tour is conducted by us or an affiliate of the company we act as a booking agent to secure this activity with other reputable tour guides or our own guides based on availability. In that this is a very short tour there is only limited time available for each stop.  If you desire a more relaxed pace please book one of our longer tour duration’s and contact us for details.

NOTE : Some of our tours require a minimum of 4 visitors,  and day tours can be canceled on the day of the tour due to bad weather conditions which could affect river travel, and the optimal touring conditions on the day of your tour.  Such things as the weather are beyond our control.  So when you book please consider alternate dates in case of bad weather on the day of your tour. Although we don’t like to cancel we will try to offer an alternative date or refund if the tour doesn’t go as planned because of the weather.
